Initial Nutrition Assessment

Meet in person (local clients only) or via email or video chat after initial contact, to establish your current nutritional picture--your eating habits, daily intake, likes and dislikes, goals, etc. We will establish a plan to get you on your way to new and better nutritional health.

Nutrition Coaching 4 Week Plan

Meeting once a week for 4 weeks (in person--locals only, or via video chat) we will work on simple, sustainable nutrition habits through easy to follow lessons, developing a healthy foundation for you to build upon. We will track progress with basic biometrics.

$176 - 4 x 45 min. sessions

Nutrition Coaching 8 Week Plan

Meeting once a week for 8 weeks (in person--locals only, or via video chat) we will work on simple, sustainable nutrition habits through easy to follow lessons, developing a healthy foundation for you to build upon. We will track progress with basic biometrics.

ASK ME ABOUT: Grocery Store Tour, Pantry Makeover, Snack & Meal Prep Mini-Class (LOCALS ONLY)

Grocery Store Tour: A single excursion to the grocery store for an in-depth look at how stores are set up for their bottom line. We will explore the store to help you find the best nutritional choices for you and your family.

Pantry Makeover: A look inside your own pantry to help you discover what is Healthy, Unhealthy, and what are considered "Trick" foods. We will compile a list of healthier replacement foods!

Meal and Snack Prep: Learn the basics of meal and snack preparation so you can plan your food ahead of time and stay on track with healthy habits every day.
