Eating healthy means HAVING healthy food AVAILABLE when you need it...

So you want to eat more healthy? Cool! There's an amazingly large amount of info on eating healthy out there. Have you noticed that Meal Planning and Food Prep are ALL THE RAGE in nutrition right now? You can see perfectly measured and labeled meal containers for sale all over the web. Do a "Food Prep" web search and you'll find hundreds of links to articles, websites, and Pinterest ideas about it. If you haven't incorporated Meal Planning and Food Prep into your life, you are probably thinking to yourself, "What's the big deal? I eat whatever I have in my fridge and pantry. I'm fine with that." But are you REALLY fine with that? You want to eat healthier, right? But if you eat WHATEVER is in your house, then well, what exactly are you eating? Precision Nutrition's own Ryan Andrews says this, "If a food is in your possession or located in your residence, either you, someone you love, or someone you marginally tolerate will eventually eat it."
